Identity of the business: The business will be a specialized school offering traditional education with skill development in sports and various art forms.

 

·       Objectives: To provide holistic education to students with more focus to nurture skills in sports and arts, preparing students for national and global competitions.

To address the gap in skilled participants from India in international events.

·       Goals: Create a school environment that facilitates both academic and skill development.

Encourage participation in sports and arts at competitive levels.

Problem to be Solved: 

·       Despite being such a big economy and hugely populated, India has a relatively low number of skilled participants in world-level sports and arts competitions than the countries, which are lower in economic and population aspects.

·       Physical unfitness of the primary school and secondary school students.

 

Our Solution:

·       Establishing a school where students quality education while also developing expertise in sports and arts. The curriculum will have dedicated periods and resources for skill development in these areas, helping students become proficient and ready to compete globally.

 

Target Market:  

·       Parents who want balanced education for their children. (Middle- and High-income families)

·       Students who have interest and potential in sports and arts. (aged between 7 and 15 years)

·       Students who aspire to compete in global-level sports or artistic events.

 

 

The Competition

As of now no such facility is available but potential competitors can be 

·       Traditional schools with minimal focus on extra-curriculars.

·       Private academies that offer specialized trainings in either academies or sports/arts but not both.

There are few institutions which offer these facilities but have not reached to a scale of achievement. (Ex- Sehwag International School)

Sales Channels:

·       Direct reach to parents through online marketing and local community engagements.

·       Collaborations with government and sports and art organizations for talent scouting.

 

 

 

Marketing Activities:

·       Digital campaigns emphasizing the unique offering that is combination of academics and skill development.

·       Hosting events showcasing the achievements of students.

·       Pitch this idea to potential investors and secure land (location) for the school.
